Do I get my own app?
You get your own loyalty club with your name, logo and perks in the shared Join app. Customers can keep several clubs together in one app. You manage your club in Clubovate.
What does my team do at the till?
Open Run and scan the customer's membership card. For stamp cards, add a stamp when the purchase meets your rule. For points, enter the purchase amount and Run calculates the points using your rule. This version does not connect automatically to your till.
How do customers hear about new offers?
You can send a message from your club through Join that appears on the customer's phone. For example: ‘We have a new member offer for you.’ Customers must agree to messages from your club and allow them on their phone.
Is it only for cafés?
No. Café Lune is our example on this page. You choose your own business identity, rewards and offers so the club suits your business.
What happens after the free days?
You decide whether to start a paid subscription. Both plans cost USD15/month for your first three paid months. Then Basis costs USD49/month and Plus USD99/month, excluding VAT and applicable taxes.
Do customers need to download an app?
Yes. Join is the app for your customers. They download it, sign in and choose to join your club. The public app release is on its way; until then, we use test versions.
