Basis and Plus subscription terms

Price per club

Danish businesses pay per club per month: Basis DKK 299 excluding 25% Danish VAT (DKK 373.75 including VAT), or Plus DKK 599 excluding VAT (DKK 748.75 including VAT). Both plans include 40 free days without a card, followed by DKK 99 per month for the first three paid months (DKK 123.75 including VAT), then the selected regular price. The opening offer applies once per club, including when switching plans.

International businesses

For businesses with a billing address in another EU country, the United Kingdom, United States, Canada or Switzerland, Basis costs USD49 and Plus costs USD99 per club per month. The opening offer includes 40 free days without a card, followed by USD 15 per month for your first three paid months, then the selected regular price, USD49 or USD99. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Your billing country and business tax information are checked before activation. EU businesses can add their VAT number; supplied VAT numbers must be verified before the subscription starts. UK businesses without a verified VAT number must contact support for individual review. Currency follows the business billing country, not the page language; existing subscriptions do not automatically switch currency. Any conversion charges from your card issuer are separate from our prices.

You choose when to subscribe

The free trial starts when the club is created and lasts 40 days. No card is required, and no paid subscription starts automatically. You must choose Basis or Plus, accept the displayed price sequence and confirm your card with Stripe. Subscribing during the trial preserves its remaining free time. Subscribing after the trial starts paid billing when you activate.

Renewal and cancellation

Your subscription is billed monthly and renews until canceled. Use Settings → Subscription in Clubovate. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period; during a free trial it stops before the first payment. Follow the confirmation in Clubovate. A lost connection does not itself confirm cancellation; refresh the status or contact support.

Introductory months are remembered

Each club can use the introductory price for three paid monthly periods. Used periods do not reset when you cancel and return. Any unused introductory periods are displayed before you subscribe again. The original free trial does not restart.

Cards, invoices and access

Stripe handles payment-card information. Open the card and invoice portal from Clubovate. If the trial ends without a subscription, or the subscription is no longer paid, new publications, new stamps and new member enrollment are paused. Club data and members’ previously earned benefits are not deleted. Each shop remains responsible for its own offers and rewards. Closing a club also stops its future subscription renewals.

AI credits and separate purchases

Basis has no AI or top-ups. Plus includes 150 AI credits per club per UTC calendar month, including setup and trial while AI is available. One completed normal answer costs one credit. Stopped or failed answers release the reservation. Included credits renew on the first of the month and do not carry over; changing plans does not reset recorded usage. Purchased credits remain until used and are spent after included credits. The owner can separately buy 50–10,000 credits at DKK1.50 excluding VAT or USD0.25 before applicable tax per credit. Currency follows billing country. Stripe shows the final price and tax before payment. There is no automatic top-up or purchase when credits run out. Purchases belong to the selected club. Use requires active club access; credits do not keep a canceled subscription active. Contact support about incorrect payments or unused credits on closure; mandatory rights are unaffected. Temporary operational or provider-budget limits may pause AI without removing the balance.

Plans and plan changes

Basis and Plus include a points store or stamp card, up to 50 active points rewards, manual offers and offer groups, posts, polls, statistics, Join and Run. Plus adds AI assistance, 150 monthly AI credits, top-ups and messages to customers who opt in. Confirmed plan changes take effect at the next renewal without prorated charges. The original trial and remaining introductory months carry over. Loyalty continues unchanged when switching to Basis. New AI use and marketing stop; purchased credits and earned customer benefits are retained. Existing agreements do not change automatically.
