Yes. They download Join, create an account and join your club. They can join different businesses’ clubs in the same app. Your club has your own name, logo and benefits. The public app release is on its way; until then, we are using test versions.
Your team scans the customer’s membership code with Run. For points, they enter the purchase amount. For stamp cards, they award a stamp according to your rules. There is no automatic connection to your till.
Yes. Once your club and rewards are set up, you can use Run at the till. You decide whether to also create offers, posts and polls.
Yes. You choose what customers get, the terms and how many points or stamps they need. It can be a product, a gift or a discount.
No. You do not add a payment card when you sign up. You must actively start a paid subscription before billing begins. The welcome price applies to your first three paid months.
