Join brings your clubs together. Clubovate is the shop’s workspace, and Run is used at the counter.

Email support@clubovate.com. Tell us what you tried and which app you’re using. Never share passwords or verification codes.

Scan the shop’s QR code and choose Join club. Show your personal Join card at the counter to collect a stamp.
Ready for a reward? Open it in the club and swipe when the employee is ready. Each shop sets the terms for its offers and stamps.
Clubovate
Create your personal owner account and club. Add a stamp card or offer, then print the shop’s QR code.
Invite individual employees from Team. Each person uses their own account. Open Run for scanning and day-to-day service.
Run
Sign in with the email address the shop’s owner invited. Accept your invitation in Clubovate first.
No shop appears? Ask the owner to check your access in Team. If a result is uncertain, retry the pending action rather than starting a new one.
Your account and information
Start an account-deletion request from Account in Join, Settings in Clubovate or directly in Run. Deleting an entire account is different from leaving one club. Contact us if you need help or access to your information.
